MISSION STATEMENT

Purpose and Charge of IPC

会员
第一节

Composition and Duties of the Executive Committee:

Composition and Duties of the Members-at-Large:
a) Composition:

Notification: Notifications of IPC meetings shall be as follows:

a) Nominate and elect new IPC Executive Committee Officers;

第四节
Election Procedure:
a)被提名人应有机会在选举前的会议上发言.
b) Votes are cast by secret ballot.
c)离任(现任)秘书担任出纳，在选举会议上点票并报告选举结果. If the outgoing secretary is a candidate for election, another officer who is not a candidate will act as teller. 总统为第一候补，副总统为第二候补.
d)出纳员将保留选票，直到确定成员不会投票为止

在IPC的任何例会上，经至少三分之二出席并参加表决的成员投票，可修改章程, 前提是该修正案在IPC之前的定期会议上以书面形式提交给成员.
